  • STRICT NO REFUNDS: Due to the digital, service-based, and limited-seat capacity of our educational offerings, all sales and purchases made across any page of this Site are 100% final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

  • NO CHARGEBACKS: You explicitly agree that you will not, under any circumstances, dispute any legitimate transaction or issue/threaten to issue a chargeback with your credit card company, bank, or payment processor (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). In the event of an unauthorized chargeback dispute, the Company reserves the right to report the account delinquency to credit bureaus and utilize all data collected under this policy to recover the funds through collection or legal remedies.

Tara Simon Studios Inc. uses SMS text messaging and WhatsApp to communicate with you regarding learning opportunities for voice and music education. By providing your phone number, you explicitly agree that you will receive occasional announcements, marketing promotions, and learning opportunities, as well as updates regarding your lessons. You will receive messages on an approximate bi-weekly basis.

  • How to Opt-Out (SMS): You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying to any text with the word “STOP”. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

  • How to Opt-Out (WhatsApp): You can opt out of WhatsApp communications at any time by blocking our business number or messaging “STOP” inside the WhatsApp chat application.

  • Help & Support: If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to [email protected].

  • Rates & Liability: Carriers and messaging platforms are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. For questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identifiable information to third parties. While our vocal coaching programs may accept students under the age of 18, we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13 online. Any enrollment, account creation, or submission of private data for a minor must be performed exclusively by a parent or legal guardian. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected data from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete it immediately.
